01 / Current site behavior

What this site collects

This site presents Toothy Grin Marketing services and includes an application for screened inquiries. It may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregated site use and which routes are useful. GA4 is configured for analytics only; advertising storage, user-data sharing, and personalization remain denied. The site does not accept payments or provide scheduling checkout. Standard hosting and security systems may process technical request information necessary to operate and protect the site.

Analytics is not enabled by a measurement ID alone. When the regional-consent mode is enabled, visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland see a first-party choice control before analytics storage is enabled. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track pause site-side analytics until an explicit choice is made.

02 / Application information

Applications collect business context for review

The Apply page collects the contact, business, offer, lead-flow, operating-context, and constraint information entered into the form. It is intended for business screening, not for sensitive personal, financial-account, health, credential, or client-confidential information. Do not submit those materials through the application.

Submitting an application sends the information to Toothy Grin Marketing for manual review. It also sends an applicant receipt email. Submission does not create a client relationship or mean the application has been accepted.

03 / Providers and retention

The live path uses Cloudflare and SendGrid

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and processes the application endpoint. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. SendGrid sends the operator notification and applicant receipt. Google Analytics may receive limited, non-form site-use and event data when the applicable analytics choice permits it. Application information is delivered to a monitored Toothy Grin Marketing inbox for review.

We use the information to respond to the inquiry, assess fit, operate the business, maintain ordinary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We retain application correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

04 / Your choices

Request access, correction, or deletion

You may change the analytics choice for this browser using Privacy choices. Revocation stops future site-side analytics events; it cannot erase data already sent to Google. You may also ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of non-essential communications by emailing support@toothygrinmarketing.com. We may need to retain limited information where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
